1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KINXELGH online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we supply.
• While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or descriptions may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders and provide a full refund.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments

We accept payments via Mobile Money (MoMo), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), and Pay on Delivery for eligible locations. All online transactions are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and fulfillment branch.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or the provided address.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Standard Returns: You may return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Defective Items: If an item is faulty upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours to arrange an immediate replacement.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (MoMo/Card) or via store credit within 5-7 business days.
• Non-Returnable: Opened consumables or items with visible physical damage after delivery cannot be returned.

6. Limitation of Liability

KINXELGH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
