The Starlink Gen 3 Standard Kit (often referred to as the V4 model) is SpaceX's latest residential satellite internet system, designed for high-speed, low-latency connectivity in fixed or temporary locations. Unlike previous versions, this model features a non-actuated (stationary) dish and an upgraded Wi-Fi 6 router.
Performance: Typically delivers download speeds between 25–220 Mbps and upload speeds of 5–20 Mbps.
Hardware Design: The dish measures approximately 23.4" x 15.07" and includes a built-in kickstand for quick placement. It lacks motors, requiring manual alignment via the Starlink app.
Wi-Fi 6 Router: Supports tri-band coverage for up to 297 m² (3,200 ft²) and can connect up to 235 devices simultaneously.
Connectivity: Features two integrated Latching Ethernet LAN ports, eliminating the need for the separate ethernet adapter required in older generations.
Durability: Rated IP67 for high resistance to dust and water, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to 50°C (-22°F to 122°F).
